Hi, I’m Amy

After a long and difficult IVF journey, my partner Harriet and I finally welcomed our baby boy into the world in October 2025. He arrived 10 weeks early, with a heart condition, and has already been through more in his first weeks than most of us face in a lifetime. He has fought incredibly hard to be here, and to us, he is nothing short of perfect. After everything it took to bring him into the world, all we wanted to do was share every tiny milestone, moment, and win with the people we love.

But here’s the thing, we’re living in the Grok era. The internet is noisy, unpredictable, and full of people we don’t know (or frankly trust). We made the decision not to put photos of our son’s face online, which meant most of what we shared were tiny glimpses of his hands, feet, or little details – while our friends and family missed out on the bigger picture. I wanted a way to share his story, his growth, and his latest adventures in a way that felt safe, private, and meaningful.
That’s where Piclio was born: a beautifully printed, physical way to share life updates, just for the eyes you choose, and no one else.

Piclio is about connection. Real, tangible, feel-it-in-your- hands connection. There’s something special about a paper magazine that a screen just can’t replace: photos you can linger over, moments you can return to, memories that don’t disappear after 24 hours or get lost in a feed. Piclio makes it easy to share life as it’s happening, without worrying about who else might be watching. Just as importantly, it brings those moments to the people who matter most, including grandparents and loved ones who aren’t on social media at all.
